”Front desk staff were amazing! I would stay here again simply because of the staff and cleanliness of the room. We did have 2 outlets by the bed not work which caused us to not charge our electronics correctly. ”

”I stayed at Hotel on Monroe, BW Signature Selection with my son, and unfortunately the room fell well below expected standards. Cleanliness was the biggest issue. The floors were so dirty that after walking around barefoot, the bottoms of my feet were literally black. It quickly became clear that housekeeping had missed more than a few key steps. The shower was another challenge. It was partially broken and made showering feel like a test of patience rather than a basic amenity. Add to that...

”Very charming and welcoming place. The attention to details is amazing. The hosts are very nice and thoughtful.”

”Our daughters were in a dance competition and we booked the hotel to stay together and to have use of an indoor pool. All the girls ended with chemical burn type reactions to the chemicals in the pool. Our shower faucet also ran all night and couldn’t fully turn off.”

”I drove up to check in at 10:30 at night. Inside the lobby, there was no one behind the front desk, but a group of people hanging out int he lobby chairs. A woman told me I couldn't check in--there systems were down and I had to find somewhere else to stay. That's it. Thankfully, an Expedia expert was able to book me into another hotel. Thank you Expedia!”

”The night clerk was obviously inebriated, likely from smoking marijuana, and gave us the wrong room at check in. Literally did not say a word at all. Place smelled terribly of marijuana and people were openly smoking marijuana in the parking lot.”

”Terrible customer service. Asked for a hairdryer for three days straight and it was never delivered to our room. Requested a room that looked into the atrium from a higher floor was given first floor that faced highway. Right beside outside door that didn’t stay locked and banged all night. Room was clean, but floor was filthy. Found garbage on the floor.”
