As you enter this unique escapade, you will discover a spacious open floor plan with an incredible skylight, 11-foot ceilings, and new flooring. Make yourself at home and spread out comfortably in the living area, furnished with an inviting sofa and a Smart TV with streaming services such as Netflix, ESPN, Prime Video, Hulu and Disney to stay up to date with your favorite series.

The living area also offers access to an outdoor patio with an outdoor dining area overlooking the city. Surprise your group and treat them to exquisite homemade meals prepared in the well-equipped kitchen, complete with all-new stainless steel appliances. The main floor houses a laundry area with a washer/dryer and 1 bedroom while the 2nd floor features a second bedroom. This premium Condo is in great updated condition and very spacious. Having a 1 car garage was a very nice benefit. If you want a downtown condo I would highly recommend this one. It was a great change from the hotels we stay in Muncie. Condo is accross the street from 2 of the best restaurants in Muncie.

We were in town as our daughter was participating in the Ironman. Property was perfectly located downtown so everything we needed was in walking distance. Very clean, comfortable with great ammenities. Would definitely book this property again.

Great little spot!!

We loved this condo. It’s very cool looking, beautifully decorated. Everything felt upscale and well done. Kitchen was well stocked with all the essentials. We loved the outside area. Only downside was actually finding the unit and the key lock box, but the host was easy to contact and talked us through it quickly. We would definitely stay here again.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this downtown Muncie condo! From the moment we walked in, we were impressed by the stylish decor, cleanliness, and thoughtful touches throughout the space. The condo was not only beautifully updated but also incredibly comfortable — it truly felt like a home away from home.The location couldn’t have been better. Being right in the heart of downtown meant we were just steps away from great restaurants, coffee shops, and local boutiques. It was the perfect home base for exploring the charm of Muncie, and we especially appreciated how walkable everything was.Every detail was thoughtfully considered, from the fully stocked kitchen to the cozy linens and fast Wi-Fi.Whether you’re in town for Ball State, a weekend getaway, or visiting family, this condo is a fantastic place to stay. The property was perfect for our needs. It was is great condition, clean and full of everything we needed. The attached garage was very convenient and gave us an added sense of security. Location was in walking distance of several very good restaurants from sports bars to fine dining; American, Italian, Mexican and Thai cuisine. If you are looking for a great downtown Muncie place to stay with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths this is a great choice.

Adorable condo just minutes from BSU

The Downtown Delight Combo was a true delight! The spacious combo is professionally decorated, has a gorgeous skylight, and large windows that provide a ton of natural light. My family stayed over Easter weekend and the condo had what we needed to make brunch. We loved the rooftop patio but due to the weather didn’t get the opportunity to enjoy it. The garage parking was also very nice. We LOVED our stay and would recommend to anyone visiting Muncie!

Super Charming !!!

We absolutely LOVED the place as we first entered the front door. The pictures are really nice, but the first hand experience was better than expected with the high ceilings, exposed brick charm, nicely laid out kitchen, large bedrooms as well as being super clean. It was a great place to have dinner gatherings with the adequate amount of seating both inside and outside on the WONDERFUL terrace. The location was great and parking was a breeze. Loved the convenience of the large washer and dryer that aren’t available in hotels and the owners were SUPER kind and attentive to all our needs!!! Would definitely stay here again!!! A true GEM of a place!!!
