Quiet Hours & Monitoring • This property uses a Minut Smart Home Sensor to monitor noise levels, motion, and temperature for safety and neighborhood respect. It does not record audio or video and is used solely to help ensure a comfortable, private stay for all guests. • Please keep noise levels respectful, especially after 10 PM. 
Security • Exterior security cameras are located at the front and back entrances for safety. They record exterior areas (not inside) 24/7. • These cameras help us maintain property security and verify check-in/out activity. 
Guests & Visitors • Only registered guests are allowed on the property. • Please include all guests (including children) in your booking. • No unregistered or unpaid guests without prior host approval. 
No Parties or Events • We have a zero-tolerance policy for parties, events, or loud gatherings. • Any violation may result in immediate cancellation without refund. 
Local Bookings • We typically do not accept bookings from Muncie residents. • If you’re local and have a special reason for your stay, please message us before booking. 
Pets • Sorry, no pets are allowed at this property. 
Extended Stays • For stays over 13 days, we require bi-weekly cleanings ($50 per clean) to keep the space fresh and comfortable.
