” The guy who ran it was very nice and it wasn’t too far from a couple stores and a couple restaurants. It was just at night. There were some locals who bothered me, but it was OK because I’m an American and I understand.”

The hotel driver, Made, drove us to wherever we needed to go and gave us a great tour of the area, so definitely ask for him at reception if you need to travel around!”

”Absolutely incredible stay at The White Villas, I will stay here every time I come back to Ubud. Beautiful villa, grounds, staff and breakfast. We stayed in the villa closest to the pool with 3 young children and it was perfect. It is a quiet street and area however super walkable to the market and all areas in Central Ubud. ”Room was clean, lighting pretty bad but that is okay. Villa is beautiful, koi pond near entrance, pool was amazing and staff was really kind. I would just update how we are able to contact the staff but overall the stay was good. To get in to the villa I didn’t appreciate the area, many bugs on the door & looks like it’s connected to other villas so very important to lock the bedroom doors. I would recommend if you’re looking for a quiet beautiful area near rice terraces and close to night life.”
