Welcome to Homely Stay, your home away from home near the city center.

It faces the inner courtyard and is therefore very quiet. It is the perfect place for a good rest after a long trip, an exciting day of sightseeing or a hard day at work.

Check-in is flexible, easy and keyless. Public parking is available around the house for a fee.

During your stay you will have the entire studio at your disposal, including your own bathroom. There are no shared rooms, except for the entrance area.

The access code will be sent before check-in. You will find detailed check-in instructions with video in our digital guest folder after your booking.

This area in the south of Munich is green and therefore ideal for travelers who are looking for nature. The Flaucher, a popular park on the Isar River with lawns, riverside walking trails, barbecue areas and a beer garden is just a few minutes walk away.

Within 10 min. you can reach the city center by public transport and many restaurants, bars and supermarkets are within walking distance from the apartment.
