Toimiva hotelli ja hyvä sijainti päärautatieaseman läheisyydessä. Huone siisti ja kompaktin kokoinen, mikä riitti muutaman yön vierailuun. Hotellin ympäristö ei kovin viehättävä, tunnelma oli enempi kuin Lähi-Idässä, sillä alueelle keskittynyt paljon itämaisia kauppoja ja vilkasliikenteiseltä kadulta kuului paljon meteliä. Huoneeseen kaipasin ilmastointia ja jääkaappia. Jos tarkoituksena on käydä hotellissa pääasiassa nukkumassa eikä kadulta kuuluva äänet häiritse, kelpo valinta. Aamupalaa emme ottaneet, lähellä hyvä (saksalainen) kahvila, jossa kävimme aamiaisella.

Hyvä sijainti, josta pääsi helposti kävellen esim. Marienplazille. Myös julkisen liikenteen pysäkit lähellä. Hotellin aamupala yllätti iloisesti valikoimallaan. Pienenä miinuksena huoneissa ei ollut ilmastointia ja sisäilma oli todella tunkkaista, joten ikkunaa oli pidettävä auki koko ajan.

Hyvä sijainti, mutta kadulla on useita baareja ja meteli häiritsee, jos yrittää pitää ikkunaa auki, huoneessa ei ollut ilmastointia ja huonelämpötila oli lähes 30 astetta. Loistava aamiainen, ysrävällinen henkilökunta ja siisteys oli hyvä.

Lovely stay at Demas City
We only stayed for one night but were very pleased with the hotel. It was very clean and modern, and we didn't have any issues with our stay. The neighborhood wasn't the most charming, but for us the location near the railway station was more important.

Hyvä ja siisti perushotelli
Hyvätasoinen perushotelli aseman lähistöllä. Voin suositella kaikille jotka arvostavat hotellin valinnassa suhteellisen edullista hintaa sekä huoneen siisteyttä. Kolmelle henkilölle lisäneliöt voisivat toki tulla tarpeeseen mutta eipä huoneessa juuri aikaa tule vietettyä. Hyvä hinta-laatu suhde.

Ein sehr nettes und sauberes Hotel in unmittelbarer Bahnhofsnähe. Die Gegend hat einen sehr eigenen Bahnhofscharme, der zum Verweilen nur bedingt einlädt. Das Hotel ist allerdings ruhig gelegen und die 24/7 besetzte Rezeption kümmert sich sehr fürsorglich um die Gäste.

Would recommend. Staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms very clean and very comfortable beds. Excellent breakfast, lots of choice and all fresh. Great location not far from Hbf and Ubahn and tram stops. Area is very cosmopolitan, so lots of interesting shops.felt very safe and quiet at night. Good value.

Definitely would visit again
The location was fantastic, 3 minutes walk from the central station. The staff were very helpful and kind. The interior of the hotel was fairly modern, the room was very clean. The breakfast was not very cheap, but the quality of the meal was nice. Had a fantastic night, definitely recommend this hotel, would visit again when I visit Munich next time.

Hôtel moderne, proche de la gare centrale et du centre historique. Détail a connaître, il faut laisser un message le matin sur la porte pour préciser que l'on souhaite que la chambre soit nettoyer.
