Excellent hotel
Absolutely great hotel. Looks like it has been renewed recenty. In my opinion the bed was maybe the most comfortable ever, however might be too hard for somebody else. Unlike usually, no annoying features in the room. Also the slighly covid restricted breakfast buffet was great, including also some gluten free options. Location next to a U-bahn station and airport bus stop and having a supermarket in the same building made everything perfect. Nice staff, too.

Breakfast average level, rooms clean and good.
Otherwise good experience, but the bottled water in the rooms is tap water, and even some broken paper seals were visually repaired during the cleaning. This is unforgivable, since it is about personal health. Otherwise good experience.

Nice 1 week holiday in Pullman.
Good hotel with excellent situation. Near U-bahn about 3 min. Excellent CafeMüller in the same building. Parking system is nice but ecxpensive. Very peacefull area with local peaople.

The room was nice and comfortable, but unfortunately you need three (3) lifts from the garage to the fifth floor. It was very inconvenient, when you stay several days in the hotel.

Hotelli on tosi kiva ja siisti, hotellin hlökunta erityisen avuliasta ja mukavaa. Hotelli sijaitsee erinomaisella paikalla hyvän metroreitin varrella. Aamupala laadukas ja Fressi. Huoneet tilavia ja pesutilat modernit! Vuodevaatteet tosi laadukkaat ja pehmeät.

The air conditioning did not work on all of the 4 days that I was there. I was given different answers from the front desk - ranging from they did not have ac but only ventilation, or it’s cold outside why do you need the ac? - turning the ac fan on to full made it rattle, called the front desk and was told they will look into it - reminded them that evening and was told all our airconditioners make noise. Was asked to sleep with the windows open - my room was just above their garbage bay where the garbage truck showed up every morning at 6:00 - very noisy. My room is also above a supermarket loading bay where at 7 they re-stocked supplies for the supermarket. Blankets were not clean. Housekeeping other than that was good. Front desk staff - some were very polite and nice - others just seemed indifferent or dis-interested. Check out was ok they goofed up on my laundry bill and charged me for for the washing my suits instead of ironing - at first was told that they probably did wash them and I’m like my form was filled out by the front desk for just ironing them. Resolved but not a good experience. I’ve stayed here 7-8 times before and I don’t remember it being this bad. Will definitely not be staying here again.

This is a solid choice for a modern, relatively well priced hotel in a nice neighborhood near the U Bahn. It would have been a bit nicer to be a touch more centrally located, but it is steps away from public transportation and the Lufthansa Airport Bus.

This hotel is a hidden gem in Munich. I was amazed at the quality and location for an affordable price. Rooms are amazing. Very tasteful and modern. Mattress was by far the most comfortable one during my visit to Europe.

The morning buffet was excellent. The staff was very friendly. Sometimes staff answers to questions were very vague and unhelpful. The sauna was only opened after 6pm during the evening.

Low service for a high price
- less staff at the front desk, long waiting time. - asked for a non-allergic pillow. Nothing available, I had to care about myself (I'd expect the hotel/service would care about considering the level of hotel category and price). - condition of shower not good: Ceiling needs renovation, the whole shower system has to be replaced: Rain shower not working good, faucet picked up. - staff in the breakfast room not very friendly (except the front agent), no "good morning" and/or "good-bye" from the staff. - Quality and choice of breakfast was very good.
