”Having experienced more than a dozen Villas in Tuscany, Liguria and Piemento, this one was beyond expectations. The scenery and landscape are really beautiful, the Villa itself just perfect. Modern, but simultaneously authentic. And the pool. Wow.Just the right amount of bedrooms and bathrooms for our purposes - and, the most important one; the kitchen. We also ordered Paolo di Berti, a local chef to prepare us a memorable dinner. Delicious.Thanks for a lovely experience.”

”This house and location was perfect. Beautiful views and a great kitchen. Montepulciano was our favorite town that we visited on our trip. Easy check in and the host had a document that she sent us that had a lot of great info.”

”Wonderful stay here. View from garden is beautiful over rolling hills for sunsets. Pool is magnificent and set on ridge with 270 degree views, quite something in the evening. Pool and tennis shared with 3-4 other families but pool is big enough to cope with that. Fans in rooms just about make up for no air con, was 37 when we were there. Communication with Ian and Jacky was great. 5-10mins drive up unmade road very dusty but not too bumpy. Serena cooked for us one night which was really good....

”This is a lovely village and an exceptional house. The kitchen was large and cool as it was on the bottom floor. The garden was a delight and we spent many hours dining al fresco sipping local wine. One caution is if you do not like stairs, this might not be your best location for you as there is a flight of stairs from the bedroom on the top floor to the main bathroom on the second floor and another flight to the kitchen. Nonetheless, we really enjoyed this accommodation. It was my partner's...

”Es war alles in allem ein unvergesslicher Aufenthalt. Die Lage ist einfach nur traumhaft und man kann einfach mal abschalten und entspannen. Werden definitiv nochmal wieder kommen.”

”Sehr schöner Aufenthalt. Etwas abgelegen, aber das muss man eben in Kauf nehmen. Dafür wird man mit einem Traumhaften Blick belohnt. Der Pool liegt am Hang und ist ein Invinity Pool, dh Du liegst im Wasser und schaust übers Land. Nachteil. Bälle fliegen weit weg. Das Hsus ist sehr alt, aber mit Atmosphäre. Pizzaofen war genial.”

”Our stay was awesome. Thank you very much.Only complaint: there was no toilet paper when we arrived. Although our host hopped on the problem right away, he brought us 2 rolls. Total. 1 for each bathroom. There were 5 of us and we stayed Mon-Thu. Kind of odd…Other than that, it was great. Would do it again.”
