The spaces have been carefully designed to provide a warm and functional experience, adapting to the needs of both adults and children.outside, a pleasant garden with private pool invites you to enjoy the outdoors, whether sunbathing, sharing meals on the terrace or relaxing after a day exploring the island. Just 12 km (10 minutes by car) from the house is Playa de Muro, recognised as one of the best beaches in Europe. This paradise of white sand and crystal clear waters, free of large buildings, offers a natural environment ideal for unwinding. The access begins in the picturesque village of Sa Caseta des Capellans, where some of the most popular gastrobars in the area are concentrated, perfect for enjoying a meal in front of the sea. In addition, the Natural Park of s'Albufera, an ecological jewel and one of the most valuable protected areas in Mallorca, is very close by, ideal for nature and photography lovers.

This house is an LGBTQ+ friendly space. All bookings include free of charge all running water consumption, 30€ of electricity consumption per booking and, in winter season and if the property has it, 30€ of non-electricity consumption (heating by gasoil, gas or propane). All properties have indoor or outdoor meters, accessible and verifiable by the client. The price of additional consumption is 0,35€/kWh.



This house has air conditioning in the living room and in all the bedrooms.



The Sustainable Tourism Tax is €2 per person per night of stay. Children under 16 years of age do not pay this tax.



All bed linen, a set of shower towels and beach towels are provided for each guest.
