    For this reason, reservations from groups of young people under 30 years old are not accepted.



    Verd Salvatge is a wonderful finca located just a few kilometers from the idyllic Playa de Muro, considered one of the best beaches in the world. It is the perfect setting to enjoy peace and quiet, nature, and the authentic essence of the Mediterranean.



    You will love the outdoor area of the house from the moment you arrive. You can stroll through the large garden, relax in the shade of the tall trees, and enjoy pleasant moments of rest during the warm summer days. The estate also has a spectacular 9.5 x 4-meter swimming pool, designed in the shape of a natural pond that invites you to relax completely.



    The interior of the house combines a rural and family style that conveys warmth. It has four bedrooms: one with a single bed and the other three with double beds. All rooms have air conditioning and central heating, ensuring maximum comfort at any time of the year.

    The property offers two full bathrooms: one en suite, equipped with a Jacuzzi and shower, and the second with a bathtub.



    The living room has two comfortable sofas, a television, and high-speed Wi-Fi. On colder nights, you can enjoy the wood-burning fireplace, air conditioning with a heat pump,central heating.



    The kitchen, one of the most special spaces at Verd Salvatge, is a spacious glass-enclosed kitchen equipped with an indoor barbecue, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, coffee makers, kitchen utensils, oven, and numerous details that will make your stay even more enjoyable.



    The estate is located in a peaceful and tranquil area, very close to Playa de Muro, a place with turquoise waters and white sand that enchants all its visitors.

My family and I stayed here for my daughters first holiday. We loved the villa, it’s a very short drive to some lovely beaches, shops and restaurants but we chose to stay and enjoy the villa and the gorgeous outdoor pool area most days. It’s private and quiet. Very happy with our stay.

Eine Traumhafte Finca im klassischen spanischen Stil. Wir haben uns gleich wohl gefühlt. Tolle Umgebung, tolle Aussicht in die Landschaft. Die Unterkunft ist bei unserem nächsten Aufenthalt auf Mallorca die erste Wahl. Vielen Dank, dass wir deine Unterkunft besuchen konnten.

Een ruim en prachtig huis op een heel rustige locatie

Een ruim en prachtig huis op een heel rustige locatie. Ideale ligging om het noorden van Mallorca te verkennen. Kleine mankementjes werden heel snel opgelost door de verhuurder. Zeer duidelijke instructies voor het betreden van de woning. Late check in was geen probleem. Wij hebben heel erg genoten van ons verblijf!

We had an amazing stay at this property

We had an amazing stay at this property. The pictures do not do the house justice. The view is incredible. The house was very comfortable and peaceful. The pool water was crystal clear and warm and had perfect temperature for hot summer days. The location was also great since it was in a very quiet and calm area, but 5 mins drive away from the town and a nice supermarket. Joan was a great host. He was very responsive. And it felt we had help with anything during our stay. If you are looking for peaceful vacation, I couldn’t recommend this house enough.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt auf der Finca und können die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Der Check-in verlief völlig unkompliziert, die klimatisierten Schlafzimmer waren bei den Temperaturen ein großer Pluspunkt und das großzügige Grundstück bietet viel Platz zum Entspannen. Als kleine Hinweise für zukünftige Gäste: Die letzten etwa 50 Meter der Zufahrt sind in einem schlechten Zustand, weshalb man mit dem Mietwagen etwas vorsichtig fahren sollte. Außerdem gibt es einige Mücken – ausreichend Mückenspray mitzunehmen oder vor Ort zu kaufen, ist empfehlenswert. Insgesamt hat uns die Finca hervorragend gefallen und wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Perfecto para una escapada en grupo: comodidad y encanto

Nuestra estancia en Verd Salvatge ha sido excelente. La casa es amplia, luminosa y está perfectamente equipada con todo lo necesario para disfrutar de unos días en grupo. El jardín está muy cuidado y es una auténtica maravilla. La casa cuenta con múltiples estancias, varias zonas de comedor y dos cocinas, lo que aporta muchísima comodidad y espacio incluso para grupos grandes. La piscina es otro de los grandes puntos fuertes: preciosa y muy agradable. Destacamos especialmente la limpieza impecable de toda la casa, así como la comodidad de las camas y el excelente estado de las sábanas y toallas. La decoración de estilo rústico le da mucho encanto al alojamiento. La cocina exterior está completamente equipada y es un espacio ideal para cocinar en grupo y tiene una iluminación preciosa. En resumen, un alojamiento perfecto para grupos que buscan tranquilidad, espacio y comodidad. Totalmente recomendable. Como único punto a tener en cuenta, la ubicación hace recomendable disponer de coche, ya que no hay servicios ni zonas de ocio cercanas a pie. En nuestro caso ya lo sabíamos, pero puede ser útil para futuros huéspedes.
