Villa Diniz II is an attractive 3 bedroom villa set in the heart of the lively resort of Alcudia. There are ample shops, bars and restaurants to tempt you, all within walking distance. The stunning Playa Muro Beach is a 15 minute walk away making this villa ideal for those who prefer not to drive. The pool and surrounding terrace have spectacular views over the Albufera wetlands, where birds migrate, and stunning sunsets can be enjoyed each evening. WiFi and air conditioning/ heating in the bedrooms are included.

Villa Diniz II is ideally located, close to the centre of Playa de Muro, Alcudia, and the beautiful crescent shaped beach beyond. Playa de Muro has a choice of shops, bars, cafes and restaurants all within less than 10 minutes' walk. The beautiful golden sand beach with crystal clear waters is only 15 minutes' stroll from the villa. If you do decide to hire a car, you'll have Alcudia's centre, port, old town, golf course and waterpark all at your fingertips! Public transport or taxis are regular and reliable in this area, so you will have no excuse not to explore!

Balearics Sustainable Tourism Tax - €2.00 per person per night for guests aged 16 and over. 50% reduction for the 9th night onwards and a 75% reduction from 1 November to 30 April. You will only be charged for the first 6 guests. Payable after guest details entered during check-in.
