Villa Garcia is in a great central location. The beach and amenities in the area of Alcudia known as Playa de Muro are all within a short walk. Plus, Alcudia Old Town, centre, waterpark, golf course and port are all within a very short drive! The villa itself is bright and welcoming, with a private swimming pool, BBQ and small lawned garden outside. WiFi and air conditioning/heating in the bedrooms are included.

This superb holiday villa is located in the area of Alcudia known as Playa de Muro. The amenities in the centre of this popular resort are within a short walk. Plus, the beautiful Playa de Muro Beach is only ½ mile away. The old town, port, waterpark and golf course are all within a short drive, or, if you don't want to hire a car, you can catch the local bus and explore the area further. Villa Lago Muro is along the same street.

Balearics Sustainable Tourism Tax - €2.20 per person per night for guests aged 16 and over. 50% reduction for the 9th night onwards and a 75% reduction from 1 November to 30 April. Payable after guest details entered during check-in.

In line with local energy saving initiatives, the villa has timed air conditioning on all units from 17:30 to 19:30 and from 22:00 to 09:00.
