Can Picafort is in the north of Mallorca and is a paradise for beach and nature lovers. You can enjoy sandy beaches such as Son Bauló, Playa de Muro or Puerto de Alcudia, play golf at Alcanada or visit the S' Albufera park. A car is recommended. Here, one sits with a cocktail and a good book whilst the children swim in the pool or play in the garden.

Surrounded by a spacious terrace with sun loungers, umbrellas and outdoor shower, the private swimming pool of 24m2 and a depth between 1.4 x 2 metres is the true star of this villa. The furnished porch of 30 m2 invites you to celebrate great evenings with friends and family; and why not end the day with a barbecue, flowers, aromatic plants, trees and decorative elements give a Mediterranean touch to the exterior. On the plot there are 2 buildings, the main one and the annex.

The porch gives access to the main house of 133 m2 and to the living room with fireplace, satellite television, dining room and equipped kitchen with gas hob, dishwasher and much more. On the ground floor, there are 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with 3 single beds. Two bathrooms, with shower or bathtub as well as a washing machine and iron/ironing board are available. The bathroom with bathtub is on the first floor.

The annex of 72 m2 includes a living room with television and basic kitchen (without hob), two bathrooms (one with small bathtub and hairdryer and the other with normal bathtub), another laundry room with washing machine and iron and 3 more bedrooms, of which two have 2 single beds and one has 1 double bed.

The house equipment includes air conditioning in all bedrooms and in the living room in the main house.
