Yksityiset loma-asunnot – Muro

"Hotel staff made us feel warmly welcome each minute of our stay. Special thanks to Paola at the reception. Hotel buildings were beautiful, there was just right amount of Spanish charm, not too polished style even though everything was extremely well maintained. We had family room (two rooms connected by a door) which I highly recommend for families with older kids. Rooms are quite compact but there was just enough space for us. Rooms were very tidy and bed was one of the best ones I’ve slept in any other hotels I’ve stayed. I also loved the pillows. Pool area was nice, tidy and relaxing. We only spend time at Playa’s pool area, I would imagine that Park’s pool area would have been less relaxing as there was quite much families with small children. Short but yet amazingly pretty path from hotel to beach was a big plus. Food was good and versitale, lots of kids and ’sounds of life’ as Park & Playa have common restaurants. I didn’t have any problems with it but I think I would prefere some other accommondation if I would travel just with my partner and I would seek peace & quiet type of place to spend my vacation. I recommend to download Iberostar app already before the vacation, it was great help for us. Overall, extremely good experience. "

"Kuntosali on erinomainen (technogym matot, painoja, muita laitteita), ruoka poikkeuksellisen hyvää ollakseen hintaan kuuluva. Vaihtuva ja monipuolinen valikoima tuoreita ja paikallista. Ystävällinen henkilökunta, ja yksi lounastilausvirhe paikattiin erittäin ammattimaisesti ilmaisilla annoksilla. Ainut selkeä miinus oli hotellin allasalueella alasti aurinkoa ottavat saksalaiset eläkeläiset, mikä ei ole OK perhehotellille. Henkilökunta ei omatoimisesti puuttunut toimintaan. Huone siisti, sänky ehkä aavistuksen hassu, mutta ei huono. Allas hyvä, ranta erinomainen."

"Huoneessa oli homeinen haju. Aika huono ilmanvaihto, mitään ei kuivunut. Vastaanotossa aika tymppä henkilö vastassa, kun sanottiin huoneen hajusta niin mitään ei tehty asialle eikä tarjottu mitään. Peti sohvassa kivi kova patja. Entertainment ryhmä oli tosi hyvä, osas kyllä hommansa. "

"Hotelli ihan viihtyisä ja hyvällä paikalla rannalla.Huoneessa varmaan oli hometta, haisi kostealle ja vaatteet haisivat matkan jälkeen homeelle.Välipalaravintola kanssa homeessa, ei pystynyt kauaa olemaan siellä kun oli pakko päästä pois.Ruoka oli kyllä suuri pettymys,käytännössä viikon samat ruuat.All inclusive tosi sekava ja aika suppea valikoima.Mutta loma oli mukava.Vaikka moitittavaa löytyikin paljon, ruoka ja all inclusive huonoin missä me olemme olleet."
