Comfort & Energy Use
The cabin is fully equipped with central heat and air conditioning for year-round comfort.
We kindly ask guests to:

For extended stays, unusually high utility usage (over 30% above seasonal average) may result in an additional charge.

Long-Term Stays
For stays longer than 30 days:
Monthly cleaning is required
