”This stay was fantastic! From the moment we checked in and were offered a welcome drink, to entering our room and finding lamps on and music playing, to the very cool decor and amenities- such a great experience. We felt like we were in Palm Springs. Rooms were comfortable and had everything we needed (including complimentary treats). The pool area was a great place to read a book. Alex and the staff were so attentive and lovely. Walking distance into town too. Will definitely be back! ”

”A suggestion - your note asked us to bring rubbish downstairs. All good, but please provide a better quality bin liner with handles as the plastic liner bag split on the second top step!! Two bottles smashed as they fell out through the stairs onto the concrete below. Oh what a mess!! Staff were lovely in helping to clean up the awful mess. ”

”It's a beautiful property and central to all that Echuca has to offer. So you can walk easily and enjoy the township from the Mercure. ”

”This hotel can use the ´plus´in the name, it's worth it. Also the restaurant is good and food excellent! A nice add-on is the sauna and spa area downstairs, as a Finn I appreciate the sauna that was a real sauna, not a turkish type steam bath.”
