”The room was clean, but the property itself was run-down and there need to be more lights outside in the parking lot. It is inexpensive and close to Murray State University, which is where I was going.”

”Stayed two times. Used as stop over on way to Illinois for Thanksgiving and in return. Second trip, worked with owner to change the date as we left day ahead due to weather conditions. We have camped in area so know location of home is accessible to many outdoor locations as well as the town of Murray and its facilities, etc. Nice yard area for our dog. Would stay again.”

”This rental was so well layed out. Finishing touch was on point. Very clean, well stocked, had everything we needed for our stay. ”

”Host was responsive which was helpful and appreciated. Kitchen pots and pans need to be replaced they are in very poor condition. We book VRBOs because we are a family that likes to cook and have the full kitchen. Plenty of space and we would have enjoyed sitting in the porch if weather was warmer.”

”Bit rundown and could use some cosmetic up keep. (Ex: there were multiple unpainted dry wall patches). Despite being dingy, it was clean and the water pressure on the shower was good. For a cheap stay, it was fine.”

”I showed up after driving 12 hours to be told I cannot stay because they only allow dogs. I had 1 female cat and the denied me my reservation with zero refund. I brought my cat last minute and wasn’t sure if I was going to when I booked so all I saw was pet friendly. She asked me and I was honest with her because I was willing to pay the fee. I explained to her my reservation was non refundable and she told me Expedia is to handle it and Expedia said it was up to the hotel. Needless to say…I was...
