Also, the floor was bowing in certain areas when you walked on it. It was definitely a bad experience. When I went to talk to the person at the desk, I rang the bell 3 times, no one ever came to the desk. Won't be staying there again.”

”This is the first place in my life I could not force myself to stay at. This is the reason I will never book a Wyndham or use Expedia again. I did not spend the night and both the hotel and Expedia wanted to challenge me rather than return my money. It was only $53, yes, that should have been a clue…but the Expedia rating was 5.9 and the pictures (I can see now) were whitewashed. Since it bore the Wyndham name I took the gamble and I lost. ”My stay at the Holiday Inn on Williamson Road in Roanoke, VA was excellent from start to finish. Check-in and check-out were both quick and easy, making the entire experience stress-free. The staff went above and beyond by checking in with us daily to make sure we had everything we needed. I also appreciated the added security.
