”Check in was disappointing. Was told numerous times checking was at 3pm , which I knew. Reception didnt offer to hold 1 suitcase whilst we had lunch & waited for check in. Reception told us there was no 'shuttle' from resort to park. Was requested to show reception where it mentions shuttle bus on website. I found this extremely rude & condescending. I found proof & showed reception. I didnt receive an apology. I was fortunate enough to be able check in before 3pm.”

”This was a lovely property, well appointed with everything you could possibly need. The suite we stayed in was very nice and the communal kitchen/dining area was great. The breakfast provisions and coffee machine were a nice surprise which we enjoyed. I would definitely recommend Harbour Mannum for a group stay (using the whole facility) or for couples. We loved the Dark Sky experience and a cruise on the Murray River while we were in Mannum, which is a lovely riverside town.”
