Then door lock to the room didn't work so some staff had to climb the balcony to let us in. The kitchen and rooms was filthy, one of the on suite ..."

"Buchung existierte bei Ankunft am Hotel nicht. Der Manager erklärte, dass das Hotel über Hotels.com keine Unterkunft anbietet. Es müsse sich um einen Betrug handeln. Unterkunft wurde vorab bezahlt. Feedabck an Hotels.com blieb unbeantwortet. Ich kann nur davon abraten diese Unterkunft zu buchen!"
