You literally only need your clothes and a few toiletries as the house has everything you need for your stay. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots and pans. ”Our stay was excellent! The hosts were very responsive and helpful whenever we needed anything. They allowed us to have a late check out with no extra charge due to holiday traffic. The location and the convenience of the golf cart was amazing. 3 beach chairs, an umbrella, and beach towels were all provided. I only subtracted one star simply because the place could use a few updates and I felt as if the floor had some sand on it when we arrived, as if it had not been mopped. Otherwise, awesome...
