Discover this magnificent vacation home, ideal for large families and groups of friends looking to enjoy a few days of rest in the heart of nature. The accommodation consists of two houses that are opened based on the number of guests, always guaranteeing exclusive use of the property. For reservations of up to 11 people, the main house is available. Starting with 12 guests, the bedrooms of the second house are progressively opened, depending on the number of people in the reservation, to reach a maximum capacity of 24 people.

Among its main attractions are the private pool, surrounded by well-kept gardens with beautiful views of the surroundings, a Balinese bed perfect for relaxing outdoors, and spacious terraces to enjoy the pleasant climate of the Alpujarra region of Granada. The whole house is equipped with air conditioning to ensure a comfortable stay throughout the year. Additionally, it offers various leisure spaces, such as a foosball table, dart board, and the unique Trovo and Aguardiente museum, which adds a distinctive touch to the stay.

The house is laid out over four floors. On the ground floor, there is a large kitchen-dining room, a leisure room, the Trovo and Aguardiente museum, and direct access to the pool area.

On the first floor, there are six bedrooms: five with double beds and one with a single bed. Three of the bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms, while the other three share a bathroom. This floor also includes a kitchen-dining room with a traditional porch and a barbecue.

On the second floor, there are another six bedrooms, five with double beds and one with a single bed. It also has two bathrooms and a terrace.

Finally, on the third floor, there is a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom equipped with a whirlpool bathtub.

The exterior of the house invites you to enjoy outdoor living. There is a cozy porch for group meals, a built-in barbecue, and several terraces from which to admire the scenery. The private pool, surrounded by vegetation and spacious lounging areas, is the perfect place to cool off during the hottest days of summer.

The accommodation offers parking for 2 cars upon request, and public parking is available approximately 200 meters away.

Access to the property is via a fully concreted lane, ensuring a comfortable and easy arrival at any time of the year.
