”I loved this place so much. Staff especially is just so kind and amazing! Everyone who works there deserves a raise. Beautiful hotel, clean and massive rooms, and Pacific helped me arrange transportation which was super helpful. Definitely staying here again if I ever visit. Thank you! ”

”Best hotel experience I have ever had. Service and staff were impeccable. The food was excellent and the room was exceptional. Ambiance of the restaurants and Jacks Hanna house was great- my coffee tasting and archery class help to fill my time.”

”We had a wonderful stay at Volcanoes Over View Safaris and Camp. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and accommodating throughout our visit. Although Google Maps initially led us to an impassable road, the local community was kind enough to guide us safely to the camp, which we truly appreciated. Once we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. Our room was spacious, the showers were hot, and the staff made sure every request was met promptly. We were visiting the area for...

”This hotel is the best place to stay in Kinigi/to gorilla trek! It’s the closest lodge to the Dian Fossey campus and women’s village, and the staff is exceptional. They are very friendly and helpful and went above and beyond. We loved that we’d come back to the hotel and they’d clean our shoes and give us a foot massage. They’d also get a fire going in your room while you are having dinner. We’d come back to bed with a heated bed (thanks to a warm water bottle they place in there) and a fire...

”Very clean and nice hotel. Service was excellent. Food was good. I was only customer in hotel which was little bit odd.”

”The staff are responsive and kind, the grounds are lovely, and the rooms were nice. ”

”The staff was the best part. They were so accommodating and friendly. The garden was also beautiful and the food was amazing. Highly recommend. ”

”Our stay at Sambora Kinigi was truly special and one we will remember for a long time. From the moment we arrived, we felt so welcomed, cared for, and at home. Decoration was beautiful. Every single member of the team was incredibly kind and went above and beyond to make our stay special. Traveling with our baby daughter can sometimes require a little extra planning and flexibility, but the team accommodated all of our needs with so much warmth, patience, and genuine care. It made such a...

”Nightmarish experience. I was traveling with a friend who wanted his own room. We booked this hotel at the last minute as it was close to the NP HQs. We arrived at 7 pm to find no front desk, just a bar area that was manned by a young lady who stated that we couldn’t stay as the owner had not been paid. Then the owner called stating that it was late so we could stay and that payment could be discussed in the morning. The hotel did not have wifi as advertised, there was no running or hot water...

”We had such a great time here! Property felt safe and welcoming. Everything was very clean. Beds were comfortable and water was hot for a few minutes. Michael is genuinely the most hospitable person I have ever met on the road. He offered to pick us up from the bus station when we arrived, arranged transportation to and from the national park, and even invited us into his own home for breakfast. He went above and beyond for us and I would go so far as to call him our good friend. Would...
