Old glory of this places has gone
This hotel was one of the prefered hotel fornme in last 4 years plus.But unfortunately the service...quality has gkne drastically down....seems they are taking bulk booking from travel agencies and crowded.I asked for shoe polish and extra towel and they said no stock...

Great Hotel, restaurant on the main floor and also a cafe by the main entrance, close to many attractions within the city, little bit of noise on the east side of the hotel due to construction or some type of factory, other than that it was a great stay

I enjoyed my stay at the Best Western Premier, super accommodating & professional staff They were very hospitable ( I mainly dealt with lady at the front desk/ Basil&Abrar (sorry for butchering the names :) and they were pleasant and super knowledgeable, rooms kept clean and fresh everyday! Will Definitely recommend checking it out! Hopefully will stay there again! Thank you!

The hotel is decent for the money, there is no wow about it. Decently clean but rather lifeless. It is a dry hotel. A good place if you plan to be out most of your day, otherwise there is only the tv in the room with limited selection of channels to watch ( no nat geo, bbc earth, discovery, etc.).

Improve needed
At night when we arrived they informed us gym is not working. Then next day there was a note that swimming pool is not working until further notice but the gym is back to operation. I went to see the gym.. very poor. Sink was blocked and hair dryer was not working until we called them to fix. Room with no view. In my case we didnt stayed much in the hotel but still they should inform us.Thumbs up for housekeeping team as they were great. Service overall poor. Iman was great. Quick check out

That we did have a few logistical problems, mainly the power being out for several hours, it was unavoidable in the area and the hotel had a backup generator. The service is excellent and the hotel is convenient to Avenues Mall. Room is modern and comfortable.

The staff are super helpful. I arrived early and they kindly provided me with early check in. They were also helpful in sending package by courier. The location is ok but no view as the hotel surrounded by buildings.
