”This is the second time we’ve stayed at this property and it’s been wonderful both times. Very spacious with two living room and dining areas and complimented well by a large kitchen. Worked very well for making meals for the family for our stay. The location of the house is conveniently located by restaurants and stores in Bettendorf. ”

”Fantastic place to stay in the QC area. The house has everything that you need. It is perfect for traveling with pets. Super clean and comfortable. Great location with restaurants and grocery stores nearby. There is a bike/walking trail about 1 block away. ”

The light switch for the back bedroom is in the hall. It took us a while to find that one. The bathroom could use a remodel but overall the house was perfect for our weekend needs. ”

”Check in and out are very easy. The kitchen doesn’t even have salt and pepper, so you do need to bring all ingredients if you are cooking. The location of the bathroom is odd it is down a hallway behind a door with an alarm. It feels like you are going into the private space of the other side of the duplex, but the host assured us it was exclusively ours. We were told at check in that we couldn’t use the deck because it might not be safe. Still for the price, we were satisfied. ”

”We loved staying at the Barn Loft during our visit to the University of Iowa. The loft was clean, spacious, and very cool. My family and I had a great time and would definitely stay again!”

”The property is meticulously maintained. The views of the river were claming after a long day of travel, the cabin was extremely comfortable, quiet and relaxing. Everything you could possibly need is present. My opinion is this place is a bargain for the price. Definately beats a hotel hands down. If I return to the area, I will definately book again! Thank you for your hospitality ”

”The house is exactly as pictured, very cute inside. Very clean also. Nice quiet safe neighborhood (it seemed!) Check-in was explained well and very easy. Host was accommodating for pets as well. Prompt communication for any needs. ”

”For a place that will sleep 12, there are not enough chairs for dining or lounging. The outdoor cushions were moldy.and dirty. We ended up only being a group of 8 and things worked out very well for us. A railing on the lower portion of the 2nd floor stairs would be helpful.”

”My family was looking for a place to hide out from fireworks and let the pups swim!! The house was just what we needed. We heard a few fireworks mainly off in the distance so the pups weren’t overly bothered by them. The two bigger dogs loved playing in the pond and going for rides on my paddle board and the littles got to enjoy all the new smells! We didn’t catch any fish but we tried. Overall a perfect place to hideaway. ”

”Homey Home that art lovers will enjoy. Enjoyed the wood and craftsmanship throughout this beautiful Victorian home. Host is top notch ,easy to reach and deserves 10 stars. My wife and I have stayed for 31 days and plane to comeback next year. 1st time we have used VRBO or any others and will use again. They do not make homes like this anymore .”
