”While the staff was helpful in securing adjoining rooms for us, the overall experience was marred by a lack of attention to detail. While the room was generally clean, the bathroom was clearly in need of a deep, professional scrub. The biggest issue, however, was the breakfast. It did not meet brand standards in the slightest.
