”This small boutique hotel was elegant and we had a wonderful stay..highly recommend this hotel. From the moment we checked in they were so attentive. It was my birthday and David and his staff sent me a personal birthday card along with Swiss chocolates..very nice touch ❤️ great location, very clean with nice restaurant attached. They recommended and helped us book things to do and see and eat. We will definitely be back!!”

”It was centrally located to all the areas that we wanted to visit on both sides of the river. Plenty of dining and shopping options. The staff was awesome with lots of great tips for things to do and where to eat. The check-in process was super easy too.”
”A 15-night stay was pleasant and easy, also from working perspective. The (family) room had all the amenities needed. There are washing machines and dryers in the public area which makes longer stays easier. The service was friendly and helpful, what ever questions I had. The public area on the 9th floor is really relaxing, and the super-nice coffee machine was heavily used. The hotel is situated amazingly well; Migros shop next door, trams 14 and 18 - as well as e.g., busses 3 and 11 stopping...

”I’ve been to many five star hotels and Swiss Luxury Apartments can stand tall beside them. Especially checking in was a stand out performance.
Apartment itself was spacious and equipped with latest tech. Staff is there to genuily make you comfortable. Children were noted exceptionally well i.e. complimentary basket packed with baby stuff or high chair in the room. There was one misunderstanding with cleaning on the way which the staff compensated nicely.
We felt the surroundings were safe...
”The hotel is located perfectly, the lake and the old town are within walking distance. (The city of Geneva also provides tourists with a free public transportation ticket.) We really enjoyed the breakfast. The hotel and our room were clean and modern. ”
”The hotel needs a Bar. There is one on an upstairs balcony but each time we wanted to go was told it's full or closed. The Restaurant was at the next door hotel and we were told each time we tried to go that it was fully booked or all seats reserved.”

"Nice staff, good beds and great location. Value for money is 9/10. Sound insulation to the street could be better and the toilet makes a loud sound when you flush it, waking up light sleepers. Personally I would stay again if I'm looking for a budget hotel with central location."
