”Novotel hotel is located very well if you have plan to continue to Folkestone in the morning.
Good service and nice room. Breakfast was very basic but acceptable.
Good co-operation with Hotel Ibis near by.”

”I have stayed in this Hotel many times now, with my wife, my children and alone - it is the first place past the tunnel and does not look appealing from the outside. In fact it looks like something from the 1970s - but do not let that put you off - The staff, the flexibility make up for the look. The staff are what makes it- want a drink at 1am, no problem, want a pizza for the kids, no problem - want to practice some French- they will speak French even though their English is probably better...
”Very friendly receptionist, we arrived late at night but still all smiles and great service. Free public car parking just across the street, very nice and convenient. Quiet and clean neighbourhood. Comfortable beds and lots of space in the room with a sofa and chairs. A big plus for the water boiler and free coffee and tea. We did not have the breakfast but instead walked a few hundred metres into town and ate an affordable boulangerie. ”
”So lovely to stay in the property. Benoit was very kind and welcoming. Helpful introduction and information on the local area. Obviously, work is being done on the property but this caused no inconvenience. Loved the simplicity in the design, super comfortable beds and great location.”

That`s why we always try to take hotels , which are very expensive. We think that this hotel was one of the best. ”Due to our vehicle breaking down we needed a place to stay while the vehicle was fixed. From the moment we arrived the staff couldn't have been more helpful, helping us source a garage, making us feel comfortable and welcome the whole time. We found that local buses are free, so we still had opportunities to explore the area, though we loved the walking too. We would highly recommend this hotel. ”
