”Ajan patinaa kantava ja ihana vanhahtava ranskalainen hotelli, jossa kaunis puutarhamainen sisäpiha toivottaa tervetulleeksi. Palvelu oli tosi ystävällistä ja sujuvaa. Hotelli on vanha se näkyy ja tuntuu. Itse tykkäsin kovasti tuoksui ikä ei mikään keinotekoinen hajuste. Sänky oli mukava ja leveä. Jos pidät vanhasta ja romanttisesta hotellista tämä on ehdottomasti vierailukohteesi. Aamiaista emme nauttineet hotellilla vaan Paavin palatsin aukion kahvilassa. Lyhyt kävelymatka ostoskaduille....

Avignon TGV:ltä pitää ottaa taksi, mutta keskustan juna-asemalta suoraan Palais de Papesia kohti kävellen pääset perille n. 15 minuutissa. Huone oli perussiisti ja hintaansa nähden oikein mainio. Aamupala myös ihan jees hedelmineen. Respapalvelu oli erinomaista.
