”An old an hool elegant hotel with excellent friendly and competent staff who make it special staying there. The style of the hotel is sadly sometimes not matched by the elegance of the guests who should try to at least dress appropriately when drinking in the lovely terrrace bar. Comfortable well equipped rooms with excellent room service and scrupulously clean ”
”This hotel is lovely. While it is not a 4 or 5 star, it is very nice. It is clean and details are noticed. It is on the lake with great views. The breakfast is amazing, probably one of the best that I've seen anywhere with local produce, homemade healthy items. The restaurant for lunch and dinner features small plates which are also very good. Highly recommend.”

”Lovely, small hotel in old town. Nothing fancy, yet very clean and functional. Close to everything: lake, restaurants, train station, shops, market. Helpful, Friendly staff. Can be a bit loud in that part of town during the day and evening. Did not bother me but in case that’s important to you. Wifi was so-so. ”
”Great staff, well appointed room, and ideal central location. Hard to come up with faults, but there are a couple. Firstly, parking is expensive, with really the only good option being 35 francs/day at a nearby public parking. Second, while being virtually right at lakeside, there happens to be a music stage on the lakeside that played into the late evening, at least when we were there. So, not the best for early-to-bed light sleepers.”
”Wir waren mit der Familie für einen Kurztrip in Montreux. Der Aufenthalt im Hotel Mona war sehr gut. Die Lage ist perfekt. Direkt am See und der wunderbaren Seepromenade und in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Bahnhof was uns sehr gelegen kam. Das Zimmer war schön und sauber. In der Nacht kann es doch etwas laut werden, aber wenn die Fenster geschlossen sind ist es kein Problem.”
