”Our experience staying at Ayala 63 was amazing.
Very pretty apartment, cleaned every day, spacious, very friendly staff, walkable, in a safe neighborhood.
Bed very comfortable and great air conditioner.
Would definitely stay here again!”

I was a bit disappointed with the breakfast, since I was especially looking for a place with breakfast included, woke up excited and realised the breakfast was the snacks and coffee in the room. They turned out to be okay, but maybe a bit clearer communication would have been better. If for example I could not eat wheat there wouldn't be anything for me to eat, and there was no supermarket nearby. But besides...

Hotel should really change the breakfast concept. It was included to my room price but it was so frustrating that I used it only two times during my four night stay.”

"Yövyimme kolme yötä ja viihdyimme ilmastoidussa hotellissa erittäin hyvin alusta alkaen. Henkilökunta oli avuliasta ja mukavaa. Aamiainen oli erittäin hyvä ja maukas. Tietysti uima-allas katolla on luksusta. Siellä oli mukava viettää aikaa helteisen Madridin keskustassa, kun oli tarve huilata shoppailun ja nähtävyyksien katselun välissä."
"when booking the room information said that there was air conditioning, but there was not. The room was really hot, even if we switched the heating first to minimum and then completely off. You could only sleep when we moved the beds to the front of the window and opened the window. Respa ignored our complaint, they just asked us to adjust the heating ourselves. There was a night club next door, so we couldn't sleep much during our vacation when we had to keep the window open.
The quality of cleaning was not good. On a couple of occasions, towels had also been left unbrought. General facilities worn out, e.g. holes in the walls. When taking a short shower, the water flowed into the hall. Definitely not a 4 star hotel. Breakfast was the only decent thing.
