”It was a clean room, they had suggestions on what to do, it was easy check in and was able to self check in with key pad. $3-$10 ubers to get around to old san juan and more locally. Walmart 7 min away if you need anything. Had roku tv, min fridge, makeup wipes!, shampoo/conditioner/body wash. ”

”Jorge is a great responsive host who made the check in and check out process incredibly smooth and trouble free which is my kind of traveling. Especially grateful for the fully stocked fridge and beach towels. Not to mention walking distance to great nightlife. ”

”Lovely hotel! Front desk staff is super helpful and accommodating, the rooms are super spacious (tall ceilings, separate rooms for the toilet/shower), surrounding area is quiet and well maintained with a park across the street. Super lowkey stay with great facilities, would stay again! ”

”This hotel was great overall! The staff is so friendly and have great hospitality. We got a room upgrade upon arrival which was nice. There’s multiple restaurants in the hotel, we tried a few and they were great. The spa is also amazing. Lots of places to explore around the area. There’s a liquor store across the street and a Walgreens walking distance. ”

”We first received a room that had a very strong smell of mold/moisture. However, the staff was very friendly and moved us to another room, which was better.”

”We stayed here a few nights before a cruise. The suite was one of the underground rooms, but was well lit and the lamp in the bedroom made for a pleasant wall texture. It also made it quiet for a place in the middle of the city. The hot tub was excellent. The concierge was friendly and helpful. The location was good for food and grocery options, and walking distance. the art museum. ”

”The clean room, staff, facilities, and superb location on the beach, and Condado location were all great; highly recommended. If I had to ding LA Concha on one thing, the pool water was too warm. I know it was the middle of January, but it was too warm. It felt more like a huge hot tub. ”

”Staff was excellent great morning breakfast very accommodating and knowledgeable about the area room was a bit small but we made the most of it and for future guests if you rent a car rent the smaller car if you've never driven in San Juan it's very tight compared to other streets back in the US overall would definitely book again for a great stay”
