”We were only there for three nights but wanted somewhere on the outskirts of Alicante. The tram is only a couple of minutes walk from the property so handy for visiting Alicante or the beach at Costa Blanca. Only a few eateries/bars close by but we went into Alicante each night to eat so it did not really affects us. The accommodation is on a busy junction but you cannot hear this in the room. A simple breakfast was left each day which was unexpected but appreciated ”
”Location was really great! Easy to access and the place was really nice. There is some ladders which you need to use to enter. We had a patio which was really nice extra. Rooms are spacious and elegant due the ceiling height.”
”Modern and compact room. Rooftop pool was small but not too crowded. Staff was helpful. The area surrounding the hotel was quiet but not very clean. It felt safe, though. The hotel is within walking distance of everything. The 20-minute walk to the beach can be a bit challenging in the heat.”

”Tosi suuri ja siisti huone kahdella ranskalaisella parvekkeella. Hyvä äänieristys vaikka ihan vanhankaupungin sydämessä. Ihanat vanhat rappuset toiseen kerrokseen, ei malttanut mennä hissillä. Ainoa miinus vähän kovasta patjasta.”

”The hotel was in an excellent location, right in the middle of everything. Most places were easily accessible on foot, and for destinations further away, like San Juan, there was a bus that stopped almost in front of the hotel.
The apartment was spacious and well-equipped. The condition of the hotel could use some improvement. The elevator malfunctioned almost daily, and there was wear and tear, for example on the doors and the sofa. There were also some issues with the Wi-Fi connection, but...
