A thoughtful modern renovation of an old stone farmhouse set in a tranquil village overlooking vineyards. Our breakfast of fresh juice and fruits, cheese and a selection of salmon and cured meats was prepared by a very charming local woman. When I return to the region, I will definitely include this special small hôtel on my itinerary. ”

A couple of things would need a bit improvement: dinner was a big disappointment especially considering that we are in Spain. Also, it is difficult to get to Laguardia or other nearby towns as there are only a couple of taxis operating out of Laguardia, Haro etc.”
