"Nice breakfast and staff. The room was clean and we had plenty of space, however it is a bit outdated."

"The hotel was centrally located as well as close to a subway station and other public transport stops. There were restaurants, pubs and stores close by. The breakfast was delicious and the bed very comfortable. Overall the room was cozy and stylish. We had an early check out and weren't able to have breakfast on the last morning, so the hotel kindly gave us picnic bags to go. I would happily stay at Ilunion again, and as I fell in love with Bilbao, I hope to do so in the future!"

"Excellent stay and excellent sleep. I spent 3 nights as a tourist because it was surprisingly affordable compared to accommodation in the city. I probably wasn't their typical customer :) Buses to the city and airport go only every 60 minutes unless you walk to the airport to get the frequent bus (every 15 minutes). It's a 15-20 minute walk but I don't recommend it because there is no designated walking route, instead you have to walk on the side of a highway. Some planning ahead for the hourly bus makes it easy enough to get to the city and back. Travel time with that bus is 40-45 minutes. 4 stars for condition only because my bathroom door wouldn't close properly and the latch actually broke during my stay. Not a problem for me being solo. Otherwise everything was perfect. There's a pretty basic breakfast (coffee, juice, breads and cereals) for 8 euros which I happily paid instead of getting to the city that early."
