Floors makes your feet dirty. Bathroom has no hooks to hang your cloths. There are no hangers in the room. The photos are fake, doesn't look like it at all. You will get a much better experience for this price somewhere else ”

Staff were as helpful as possible, changed rooms, couch still gross, then gave extra sheets to cover couch. Staff advised on how to wiggle lock to get it to disengage so door would shut/lock but I was late so staff was helpful and fixed door for me so I could leave room with all my stuff and get to meeting on time.
