”Great studio flats, we rented 2 flats for convenience. It's very clean and you have everything that you need - fast internet connection, hot water in the shower, kitchen amenities. The pressure of water in the shower was really great. We stay just 3 nights, but definitely, if we will stay in Ksamil one more time - will come back again and maybe will rent 3 flats for our big group :) No reason to stay closer to sea - even by foot it's not too far and here in Vila Malo you have a great price and...

Il y’a des effort de rénovation, salle de bain refaite mais les finitions aïe aïe 🙃 faudrait changer le mobilier maintenant qui fait vieux.
Emplacement parfait, on descend la rue et vous êtes au cœur des plages de ksamil, c est calme (juste un bruit régulier d un moteur en bas)
Le restau en bas 4th island est tres sympa et prix correct.

”There was one problem with the air conditioning in one room which was sorted 24 hours later. Also, the first night there was no running water. But once it was sorted, things were perfect after that. Staff was very good! ”

Breakfast buffet is included in the morning with beach access directly out front. Such a perfect location, plenty of restaurants and activities nearby. The staff here were so friendly and spoke English. Rooms are cleaned and maintained every day. I loved it here at this hotel, would definitely recommend!!”
"Uudehko hotelli sijaitsee Ksamilin keskustan ulkopuolella. Hotellihuoneen tilavia ja viihtyisiä, parkkipaikkoja oli ulkona ja parkkihallissa. Huoneeseen sai pyynnöstä huolimatta vain yhden avaimen. Outoa, koska avainkortilla ei ollut esim. ilmastoinnin päällä olemisen kanssa mitään tekemistä. Uima-allasalue ok, samoin huoneet. Mutta huonetta ei ollut siivottu kunnolla vieraiden välissä, ja lattialla oli kasa pölypalloja, hiuksia, pinni, roskia ym oven vieressä. Ja vaikka siivooja kävi joka päivä, kasa pysyi. Yök! Aamiainen oli kattoravintolassa ja muuten hyvä, mutta siihen ei kuulunut kuin murukahvi. Kunnon kahvista tai erikoiskahvista piti maksaa erikseen. Aamiaisella sai tupakoida, eikä tupakka-aluetta ollut erotettu erikseen, mikä olisi ollut helposti tehtävissä. "
