”My room was very clean. My view was okay but overall I had a pleasant stay. The gym was clean and mostly empty. The restaurant cooked and delivered my food with care and the happy hour was as advertised. ”

”My cruise ended at 7:30 a.m. Thought I’d be homeless til check in. Was so happy a room was ready at a hotel so conveniently located in downtown Seattle within walking distance of a lot of attractions. Customer service was excellent and so friendly. Would definitely recommend Hyatt hotels! ”

”Great space with tons of character while still feeling modern and very clean. I love the ac/heat mini split, the couches, the gator statues and the free candy! I’d request the complimentary coffee be out before 9am, but noon checkout and coffee every 10 steps (Seattle!) more than compensate. I cannot wait to return to watch another concert of a lifetime (Moonchild changed me! Love love love!) and a comfortable night upstairs to rest and have a nice lazy morning after. Wish I could give it 11...

”We enjoyed The State Hotel for our stay in Seattle. It felt like it was a brand new hotel. It was clean, the staff was very friendly and the main attractions were all in walking distance. It was nice to have a restaurant right on the property to grab a bite before we headed out for the day. The view of Pike's Market from the outdoor area on floor 8 was a great one too!”

When we checked in we notified the front desk person that one of our luggage’s would be delivered later and to look out for it. Left our name time and room number and when we got the text from the airline that it was delivered we waited for it to be sent to the room and it never came. We had to go down hours later and get it just to see that it was out in the open where anyone can take. Also...
