”The staff at this hotel are amazing and really made the holiday for us. They were so friendly and also very helpful in many ways, nothing was a problem for them. The tours they organised for us were great and amazingly priced. They even organised a special itinerary just for us covering a number of things we wanted to see. Mohamad our guide for the Giza Pyramids and GEM was so knowledgeable and took some amazing pictures, friends asked if we had a professional photographer with us!

”We had a very good 3 nights at this hotel. Room was spacious comfortable and clean. Staff were helpful. Good breakfast and room service. Location of hotel was perfect for us as there are lots of restaurants and cafes with plenty shops within walking distance. Safe area and no one hassling you to buy things. Easy to get a taxi to museums and ancient city sites within Cairo. ”

”Excellent bang for your buck! The rooms were very clean. The breakfast was delicious. The café upstairs had a great selection of drinks and shisha. More importantly, the staff was extremely hospitable! Shot out to Mahmoud who regularly sat with my family and I in the lobby to have tea and give us great recommendations around Cairo. This hotel experience really made our Egypt trip great. ”

”Executive level room and lounge were perfect. Small gym. In the lobby and on some floors people smoke, so the smell in the hotel is not so great.. But I guess it's typical for Egypt... Nice location by the Nile, yet not possible to walk directly along the river.”

”Ympäristö oli äänekäs liikenteen melun takia, mutta huoneeseen se kuului aika vaimeana. Muuten hotelli olikin varsin mainio, siisti ja hyväkuntoinen. Kaikki palvelut löytyivät kuten pitikin ja henkilökunta oli ammattimaista, eikä mitään tuputettu. Uima-altaalla lekottelun takia en tänne kuitenkaan menisi, allasalue oli aika pieni. Aamiainen oli varsin ylellinen, ja hotellin ravintola vaikutti laadukkaalta. Turvatoimet olivat varsin kattavat, pihalla päivysti mm. vartiokoira. Menisin uudestaan.”

”We loved staying at this hotel. In case you don't know, this used to be a house for a famous Egyptian singer (Om Kolthoom) from the 60s and got converted into a hotel. So, the whole hotel is themed around this singer (photos, decor, signage on doors, etc.). I loved that because I love this singer. ”I checked in late but the staff was very helpful and accommodating. I got the room that I booked with the amazing unobstructed view of the river. I had some laundry and it was done at a very cheap price. The room was neat and clean, the terrace is large and private, bed is very comfortable and the bathroom is large and newly renovated. The staff is really caring, attentive and went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. ”
