”Inconvenient parking with few spots that were tiny in width. Terribly slow poolside wait times for simple drinks during periods of no activity. Room not ready for checkin at checkin time. Shorter pool hours than comparable hotels at this price point. Overall a pretty lackluster experience for a hotel that calls itself the best in the city. It really falls short of that target and we are not likely to stay there again. Some of the good bits: The pool is nice and the kid wading area is great....

”I paid for this stay but never got to stay here. Could not find the place. Tried two addresses, one listed here and one listed on Google Maps. There was no sign and nothing that looked like a hotel. I couldn’t get ahold of the property by phone, but maybe that’s just an international calling issue. I did not feel safe wandering around the neighborhood lost with all my luggage so I ended up booking somewhere else last minute. Apparently support was able to get ahold of the place and confirmed it...

”I had a great experience staying at Hotel Martell in San Pedro Sula. The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and accommodating throughout my stay. They even helped arrange my transportation to the airport, which made my travel day much easier. The breakfast in the morning was excellent and a great way to start the day. The hotel is comfortable and worked perfectly for a short stay in the city. Overall, I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to travelers looking for a convenient...
