”Didn't eat breakfast ”

”Entire facility was smelling smoke even though the facility is designated non-smoking. Breakfast didn't have the basic options, room was really smelling bad as well as the entire floor. Property needs a good renovation. I wouldn't suggest this to family with kids.”

”Parking lot was not secure at all, and was full of damaged property. The floor on the elevator was broken, along with some of the buttons in the elevator. The entire hotel stunk. Carpet everywhere was dirty and dingey. Vanity lights would NOT turn off, so I had to unscrew the bulbs. Roaches. Found a "pipe" in the drawer underneath the TV. Literally checked out early to book into another hotel nearby. I'm usually not one to leave negative reviews, especially this scathing, but this place...

”Very nice new business hotel which was very good also for vacation purposes. Room was big enough for family of five. Not much to see around the hotel, but we found this location good for our plans.”

”The property was fine. Everyone was friendly. Everything was clean. There were pets there, but they were well behaved no barking. Everything was fine. The breakfast selection was good. Whenever we come to Houston, we stay at this hotel. It’s very convenient to everything we are interested in. ”

”Breakfast menu was same all the time, while supply is always short. House keeping is available only on request and only on alternate days. Parking was sufficient but always dirty and surrounded with suspicious people. Most of the staff are good except few that are rude to dictate rules such as breakfast closes sharp 9am and lobby is out of bound after 10pm. ”
