”Room was dirty, window A/C unit was hanging half off, room smelt like cigarettes, and the ICE machine was out of order. Also it was stated online the pool was open and the lady at the front desk said it was closed. Come to find out they didnt want anybody in it because they just cleaned it.”

”Worst hotel experience of my life. On my first night, I found hair in the shower and it looked like someone had used the toilet and it was never cleaned. The bathroom was clearly not cleaned before my arrival, so I wasn’t even able to shower that night like I normally would. The next morning, housekeeping finally cleaned the bathroom. Before leaving for the funeral I was in town for, I asked the staff to change my sheets while I was gone. I returned around 6 PM and it still hadn’t been done....

”We booked the last room on Expedia and paid in full as we were in Lubbock for the George Strait concert and the city and up to 1 hr travel was sold out! When we arrived at the Travel Lodge we were told they gave our room to someone else but they had another room that they don’t usually rent out that we could stay in. We had no other choice but to accept because we were 5 hours from home and we could not find another room in Lubbock! It was horrible!! Broken window, mold in the tub/shower,...

”When I called to advise I will be checking in late the “manager” informed me my reservation was canceled. No one called me or tried to reach me as to why. When I asked for a manager she stated she was the manager and started yelling. Worst customer service especially from a “manager”. ”

”The room was filthy. The toilet was full of poop and stunk to high heaven. Do not consider staying here. Homeless people are wandering around the parking lot begging. This place is the worst dump you could possibly imagine. We ended up staying at the Doubletree across the street which was amazing.”

”Water pressure in sink was abysmal, parking if not valet subjects you to park at a parking garage down the street only in the 3rd or 4th floor which at night feels sketchy. Room has fridge chock full of drinks both alcoholic and non but watch the price lol…lastly a small trash can by the toilet is all the room offers for waste so be mindful of to go food oh, and no microwave in the room. ”
