”Great location and the room was very clean and comfortable - and very spacious. However, the in-room dining was a disappointment (you cannot change a single ingredient in any item in the menu without extra charge + a delivery time of 50 minutes) - hence, didn't use it. Additionally, all noises from the street below could be very well heard in my room (despite it being on the 8th floor), so slightly better acoustic insulation (or similar) would be nice. As a whole, I would however definitely...

”Friendly staff. The breakfast was delicious, the choices good. We had eggs, bacon, biscuit, a sweet roll. The coffee was good. We chose the basic room with queen bed. Even though the room I was small, it was efficiently designed for comfort. It’s was Clean! I like a clean hotel. There were plenty of towels. We’d stay here again. ”

”The location is good as you can easily walk to most of the museums etc. The street noise is awful - we had to switch rooms because of it and still had to sleep with earplugs. Breakfast is mediocre: very limited selection of anything fresh. The use of disposable plates, cups and cutlery seems really cheap. ”

”Made a short day trip to the Anatole to play at Jadewaters with my 8 year old. The water park was great! What really kicks everything over a notch is all the other activities planned for the Memorial Day weekend- foam parties, bracelet making, etc. Perfect other activities to do while taking a break from the lazy river. Awesome time. Planning to return next year!”

”The hotel needs a little freshing up. The room was super nice and clean. Facilities ok. Really wanted a sunbed but there wasn’t any. Also pool towels missing. The pool water not that fresh. Over all the pool area was dirty and not taken care of. Hotel staff were amazing.”
