”Door was not easy to lock with doorknob lock and that was an issue since there was no deadbolt. No person at location for check in. It took a trip across town to get a room key from the desk guy of another hotel. Rustic is the vibe they were shooting for, but I would just call the overall condition old and tired. Expedia would not let me post the picture I took of the chair in the room that looked more like a refugee from a landfill that a piece of hotel furniture.”

”I started staying at the Lodge 10 years ago. Once a year my ex and I would ride our Harley for our anniversary weekend and stay at the Antelope Lodge with excitement. We loved how they use to keep the property clean, rooms very nice with a very relaxing atmosphere. Apparently since I last stayed there, over five years ago, the property has changed ownership a few times. It has gone down hill unfortunately. ”The check-in staff would not match internet pricing, necessitating booking online while right there at the counter. That seemed pretty ridiculous. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. But it was hard to figure out how to turn off some of the lights in the room. The breakfast was cold and tasteless. ”

”Staff was very pleasant and helpful. Breakfast selections were many including make-your-own waffles. Room was large and clean. Great location to reach the downtown area quickly.”

”The rooms were cleaned as well as possible but there is mold growing on the silicone on top of the showers in both rooms. There are tears and bunching of the carpet in the rooms. ”

”Worst hotel/motel I have ever stayed. Condition of room, flooring, plumbing-all was horrible. Outside of room, cigarette butts littered the window sills and floor. Receptionist may? have spoken some English. Apparently some “short term” residents at the property. I slept in my clothes on top of bed spread as I didn’t trust cleanliness. Cheap but…”

”The accommodation was nice and clean. We were able to check in a bit early which was nice. The AC unit in the bedroom is a bit loud and ticks when it kicks on, but it was nice and cool in the hot weather. Ample supplies in the kitchen for coffee, and bathroom toiletries for the night. Overall a great experience.”
