”Parking was easy but parking lot was trashed. The room has literal wholes in the wall and rats. I had dry foods in a bag on the desk and woke up to a rat inside of the bag. The beds are completely disgusting, all the do is cover them with bed sheets. And to top it off I found a dead right right below the sink. 0/10”

”When we got there the person at the front desk said that the facility was booked solid and that he had only nine rooms available because he forgot to tell hotels.com that there was a renovation going on and could not help us.
Also he said that he had to charge me himself for the room even when I had already paid through your website. This is why I had to reserved another room at Lone Star Suites I just hope you are not going to double charge me for two different hotel rooms.”

”The door to the outside didn't seal, could see light around it. Huge stains in the carpet. A lamp didn't work and rather than remove it, they set another next to it. The shower rod was hanging on barely. It had been "repaired" as it was painted but was sagging rather than bowing out. Being careful not to touch the rod and have it fall, tried to close the curtain. Up hill both ways so the curtain didn't close. No worries, no hot water so the shower curtain became less of an issue. Toilet...
