”READ THE MOST RECENT REVIEWS. ABSOLUTE BAIT AND SWITCH!! All photos of this property are misleading. Worst hotel I’ve stayed at in 10 years. I came for graduation and didn’t get there until later at night, otherwise I would have immediately bailed. Dirty room, dated and downtrodden, holes in the sheets, no hangers, room smelled like cigarette smoke, shocked they didn’t have bedbugs (to my knowledge). Key card didn’t work initially and had to get a new one. Waited over 20 mins to check-in....

”Staff seams to be over worked. Elevator seamed to be out of order for awhile. Staircases could use cleaning/ carpet updating. Room was clean and quiet. Good beds.”

”It looked like a low end motel, the stairs and hallways were dirty. The room AC did not work. We saw couple spider webs in the room. I moved the middle table to plug in my charger and it was really dirty back there. Overall, it was ok room. The breakfast was a joke, we ended up grabbing our breakfast from Dunkin ”

”Staff at check in were nice but it felt clumsy…couldn’t find all my reserved rooms. I kept referring to my rooms by their name online to determine who should be in which of my 3 rooms and they kept using other names for the rooms. Manager upon check out Sunday was awesome as she always is! Room refreshes are great but in each of my last two visits not all details were complete. On my last visit before this last one, new shade was hung improperly and didn’t go all the way down. This last visit,...

”Checkin was simple, staff very friendly and helpful. Room was clean, bed was comfy, AC worked like a champ. Pool was a little cool but still refreshing. Breakfast was usual fare but hot and ready before 6am. Only small complaints would be the room smelled strongly of cleaning product when we first entered and the bed could have used a thicker duvet/comforter..other than that it was better than I expected”

”This is my second time staying here. Although little older building it has been well kept. linens were comfortable and clean. Staff very friendly, helpful and actually engaged in their job. Gym is nice and the fact there is free laundry is great. ”
