”Nothing like the pictures the pool was absolutely disgusting. The railing was completely broken into even go into the pool. The room was gross as well as the bathroom. There was actual dried boogers on the wall.”

”Our room was very clean, the staff was very friendly and very helpful. We got to enjoy the pool and hot tub for a little while even though it was almost time to close, the AC worked really good and the shower was very nice and warm. The breakfast was hot and delicious. We always like to stay there.”

”En el desayuno hace falta variedad lo que habia se terminaba y duraban mucho tiempo para poner más la persona encargada del servicio nada amable el agua de la alberca helada con respecto a la limpieza solo pasaban una vez si estaba dormido ya se quedaba sucio hasta el siguiente día y eso está muy mal”

”The room was nice but the main issue was the shower. At first I didn’t have much pressure to shower but I was happy when they did fix that issue. The. Unfortunately the hotter I put the shower the less pressure I had. So a decently hot show had very very little pressure. Also I had to literally reactivate my room key every time I came back from work cause it would never work. It got to the point where it was the first thing I did when I walked through the lobby. ”Breakfast was good. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was nice and spacious. Only downfall was several things weren’t working; elevator, one of the entry doors where we had to park due to full parking (could only be open through the inside not with keycard) & the treadmill wasn’t working. ”
