Hotellit lähellä kohdetta Music Box

”Hiljaista ja puhdasta, hyvä oli nukkua. Suihku hieman puutteellinen, kun ei käsisuihkua.”

”When we got there I quickly understood it was not a traditional hotel. It had no lobby, or someone that can help you with any issues. The “hotel” connect with residential apartments. We found an infestation of ants and the number we called did not help, they refused to give us another room, they offered bug spray. Thermostat started malfunctioning and it got hot at night”

”My stay began with an excellent first impression. A kind young gentleman and the welcoming front desk staff greeted me warmly upon arrival. Unfortunately, my departure experience was very different. On Monday morning, I called the front desk to request a two-hour extension beyond the 11 a.m. checkout time. The gentleman I spoke with was unfriendly and quoted $100 for just one additional hour. When I asked to speak with a manager, I was transferred to someone whose name I believe was Christin or...

”I want to start off by stating that the hotel is aesthetically, beautiful and in prime location regarding gaslamp district area however, for it to be a Forbes top 500 or just a more prestigious hotel chain I was expecting that hotel/resort collection scent upon entering, the hotel lobby and you smelled nothing. The staff, especially the front desk were off-putting. I remember stating my frustrations at the end of my stay, at check-out, Olivia just stared at me and never responded or gave any...

”This stay was interesting to say the least. The room was a mix between an old school/hospital/jail room. The door to the room didn’t have a dead bolt or security bolt, only a latch. And also it was a push door with a lock, so the handle was useless. It’s in the middle of a very noisy block, the room basically shakes until 2am, but they provide earplugs. The shower reminded me of a locker room shower, as well as the sinks. Besides what I mentioned just being unexpected, the bed was comfy, the...

”Huone oli oikein siisti ja tilava. Sänky hyvä. ”

”Kiva siisti huone ja keittonurkkaus oli iso plussa perheen kanssa matkustaessa. Ihanan tuoksuiset green tea shampoot ja saippuat kylpyhuoneessa.”

”the girl in the front desk was amazing! great service! the hotel was cute! only downside was the construction noise :(”

”Meidän huoneessa haisi puhdas uloste ihan koko ajan.

”Great breakfast!”

”No way to describe the horrific experience we had checking in when we arrived. Had no idea there would be no front desk or direct contact with a human.”
