Spend some quality family time in your own "Slice of Heaven" property overlooking the Arkansas River, Star Lake, and the McClellan-Kerr Wildlife Management Area.

Outside of the home is plenty of space to take in the great outdoors and a lawn for the kids to play in. Behind the home and overlooking the river are adirondack chairs, a beautiful cedar swing chair beside the firepit, perfect for night-time fires and stargazing. For relaxing in the daytime, you can get a break from the sun by chilling in the swing chairs under the canopy of the backyard tree. There's also a picnic table and a grill right behind the home making outdoor dining a breeze - with a view and a breeze!

Don't forget about the hot tub! Comfortable 6 seater situated beside the home with views of the Arkansas River!

Inside the home you will enjoy an open floor plan consisting of the living room, dining room and kitchen coupled with vaulted ceilings which make the home feel spacious.

Downstairs and down the hallway are 2 bedrooms, a full bathroom and a laundry closet with washer and dryer. The first bedroom has a Queen bed and a wall mounted TV. The second bedroom has a bunk bed with Full on the bottom and Twin on the top, a wall mounted TV great for the kids! The bathroom has a vanity with his and her sinks, a bathtub and toilet.

Upstairs is the master suite where you will enjoy a King size bed complete with wall mounted TV, a closet and built in cabinetry. Adjoining the master bedroom is a modern and luxurious master bathroom complete with custom shower, bidet toilet, natural light from both the skylight as well as the shower wall cubby.

Guests will have exclusive access to the entire home as well as the outdoor backyard area adjacent to the home including the fire pit and outdoor seating and hot tub.


Your hosts live nearby and are occasionally around, but we also work alot. So you may see us, and we would love to meet you! At the same time we are very respectful of your privacy and will not bother you. We are always happy to help if you need something or have a question!


This is not a party house. So please do not plan on having a wild party here or your reservation will be cancelled and will lose access to the home without a refund. Please also book for the correct number of guests. This house accommodates a max of 10 people (sleeping accommodations beds for 7, couches for 2).

Pet Fee - $200/pet - Pets are welcome as long as they are friendly, 100% house-trained (meaning no accidents in the house, will not constantly bark, howl, or cry when left alone and will not scratch at the door or chew furniture), completely cleaned up after (poop outside and HAIR inside), and kept OFF the furniture (bedding, furniture, etc.). Upon booking please indicate you will be bringing a pet(s) that meets the above criteria and the pet fee should be added onto the reservation. If you are bringing more than one pet the additional fees will have to be manually added as a reservation alteration. Additional charges will be applied in the event of a pet accident or hair cleanup.

"Events" with more than 10 people will be considered on a case by case basis and start at a minimum of 2x the nightly rate for the day of the event.
