Welcome to Pure Serenity on Lake Rosseau! This rare Muskoka gem has 2800 feet of very private shoreline and is absolutely perfect for your family vacation! Located on a sheltered bay with a massive sand beach, this cottage boasts clear waters, sandy shores, sunset exposure and lots of gently sloped land for kids to roam and play. Situated on 28 acres of land near the end of a quiet road, Pure Serenity offers essential privacy with plenty of opportunity for quiet walks through the woods and along the tree lined country lane ways. In the heart of Ontario’s cottage playground, the cottage has its own tennis court with a viewing pavilion, a hot tub, a gym and many other features, offering the best of Muskoka cottage lifestyle: calm waters, sunsets, golf, fine dining, yoga on the dock and family time.

The Space:
Designed with families in mind, there are plenty of water toys including a water trampoline. There is a 3 bed 2 bath guest house plus the main cottage has 4 beds 2.5 baths and an expansive porch with hot tub, separate family room, spacious dining room for relaxed meals and evening discussion and a large river rock wood burning fireplace for cool evenings. 

3 TV's with satellite service are located as follows: Family room, master bedroom and guest cottage. 

The guest cottage features a billiard table plus a seating area with fireplace and a bar area and a catering kitchen. The two guest bedrooms are in their own wing and the principle bedroom is an oasis with its own private ensuite bath featuring a soaker tub and a walk in shower. 

This is a safe place for kids to learn boating and water skills or for people who prefer to swim or wade in calm waters. There’s plenty of shallow water with a sandy bottom plus deeper water off the dock. The water is about 10 feet deep at the edge of the dock and and shallow at the sand beach area. To the left of the dock & for the entire dock length plus 20 to 25 feet wide the area is clear and has a beautiful sandy bottom. The large deck provides full sun or shade. It’s a great place for waterside living and perfect Muskoka sunset evenings. Inside the cottage you will find wide plank pine floors, tasteful wood trim and traditional furnishings with accent pieces by Mackenzie Childs. Both reflecting Muskoka history and current life at the same time, this is the kind of cottage where family memories are made from generation to generation. A perfect year round cottage, it serves as a getaway throughout the year.

With lovely views of a quiet Lake Rosseau bay and all-day sun, this family compound is the perfect spot for your summer vacation! Lots of room for kids to run and play and swim with a shallow sandy beach at the shore and big open lawns. Cruise the big three lakes by boat, and explore the bays and inlets by kayak or paddle board. Enjoy walks, running, and cycling on the hilly cottage roads. Wind down at the end of the day with a campfire by the lake and build summer memories to last a lifetime!

Sand! Lots of it. Only a small percentage of big lake shoreline is natural sand. This property enjoys gentle entry sand bottom for 300′ of the 2800' waterfront. Great for kids of all ages. Located on placid, clear waters, this cottage is secluded from the hurly burly of busier areas on Lake Rosseau, near the end of a quiet road. With multi exposure including west, enjoy lots of sun and sunsets. Perfect for multi-generational families year round, the main cottage has 4+ bedrooms plus there are 3 bedrooms in the guest house, and 4 bathrooms in total. Beautifully finished, the building exudes relaxed cottage living.

Guest Access:
The entire place is yours for the duration of your stay! Speak with our cottage Concierge about additional fee for service add ons Catering, private chef services, daily maid service, water taxis, yoga on the dock, boat rentals, trampoline and water lily rentals, grocery, wine and beer stocking and we can even arrange to have cocktails waiting upon your arrival. Whatever you need just ask! We want to make your time at the cottage as relaxing and fun filled as possible.

The Neighborhood:
Located just a short drive from Port Carling, the hub of the Muskoka Lakes with it’s trendy shops and restaurants plus numerous ice cream shops, this family cottage is the perfect spot for your summer vacation! With full westerly views of Lake Rosseau you will enjoy all day sun plus glorious sunsets. On Thursdays there is a farmer’s market in town. Cruise the big three lakes by boat, and explore the bays and inlets by kayak or paddle board. Enjoy walks, running, and cycling on the hilly cottage roads. End your perfect Muskoka day with a campfire by the lake!
